Role Overview:

As Marketing Manager, you’ll create engaging marketing materials to showcase our solutions. You’ll work closely with various teams to produce content that resonates with both internal stakeholders and key external audiences, including clients and partners. This role gives you the chance to build valuable relationships, drive business success, and gain recognition for your efforts.


In this role, you’ll have the chance to create compelling marketing content and assets for use across a number of different areas including; pitches, own IP brand websites, social content, exciting brand launches and much more. This is a hands-on role where you can truly make your mark, develop your skills, and be recognised for your contributions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product Development teams and designers to create sales focused marketing materials for use by regional marketing teams.
  • Creating content for our own IP brands for use across websites, social media, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team to use data-driven insights in marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • Support the Brand and Entertainment teams in the creation of pitch content and launch assets.
  • Working with the wider marketing team, assisting in any needs for events planning and execution.
  • Manage content updates and uploads in CMS (Seismic).

Job requirements

Essential:

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for impactful sales and marketing materials.
  • Ability to use market trends and insights to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns at once.


Desirable:

  • Experience in digital marketing, such as SEO, content marketing and/or social media (preferred but not essential).
  • A degree in Marketing.


Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Collaborate closely with several internal teams, including Reward Development (Category Management, Product Design), Brands, Licenses & Entertainment, Omnichannel (data and digital), and Graphic Design.
  • External: Engage with third-party agencies as required for external events, activation support, design, or website management.
