Job description

About us

At TCC Global, we create innovative loyalty marketing solutions that drive customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty for some of the world's leading retailers. Our passionate team delivers exceptional results through strong client partnerships, precision execution and seamless operational processes.

About the opportunity

TCC is looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to own and deliver marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy, storytelling, client partnership and campaign activation.

You will help strengthen TCC’s position as a leading partner in shopper loyalty, retail engagement and promotional marketing by building market presence, supporting commercial growth, developing compelling retailer pitches and delivering engaging loyalty campaigns.

As the key marketing partner for the Pacific region, you will work closely with Sales, Solutions and specialist teams across the business and global network to shape strategy, create marketing solutions and bring campaigns to life.

What you’ll do

Build market presence and drive B2B marketing

  • Own and deliver the Pacific marketing plan, aligned with TCC’s global positioning and commercial priorities.

  • Build awareness of TCC’s capabilities across Australia and New Zealand through thought leadership, content, industry engagement and targeted marketing activity.

  • Develop marketing materials including case studies, retailer communications, social content, market insights and industry commentary.

  • Translate global messaging and capabilities into relevant local propositions for the Pacific retail market.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen TCC’s presence through conferences, client events, partnerships and industry platforms.

  • Measure marketing effectiveness and use insights to improve future activity.

Support commercial growth and retailer pitches

  • Partner with Sales and commercial teams to develop compelling retailer pitches, proposals and presentations.

  • Create strategic narratives that connect retailer objectives, consumer insights and TCC’s loyalty solutions.

  • Develop pitch materials, presentations and supporting content that demonstrate TCC’s understanding of retailers, customers and market opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Solutions, Creative, Insights, Project Management and other specialist teams to develop commercially strong recommendations.

  • Adapt global capabilities, case studies and best practice for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

  • Support client workshops, strategic discussions and presentations with retailer stakeholders.

Deliver loyalty campaigns and customer engagement programmes

  • Own the marketing development of retailer loyalty campaigns from strategy and creative concept through to execution.

  • Work directly with retailer marketing teams to understand objectives, customer needs, brand requirements and operational considerations.

  • Develop creative and communications briefs and coordinate delivery with internal teams, agencies and production partners.

  • Manage campaign execution across channels including stores, digital platforms, mobile, social media, CRM and other customer touchpoints.

  • Ensure campaigns are engaging, commercially effective and delivered to a high standard.

  • Review campaign performance, capture learnings and apply insights to future campaigns and propositions.

Who you’ll work with

Internally, you will collaborate with regional and global teams including Sales, Solutions, Insights, and other specialist functions.

Externally, you will build relationships with retailer marketing and loyalty teams, agencies, production partners, suppliers, industry bodies and other stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Essential experience and skills

  • Strong experience developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns within retail, shopper marketing, loyalty, promotions or consumer brands.

  • Proven ability to create persuasive pitches, proposals and client-facing presentations.

  • Experience translating commercial objectives and customer insights into marketing strategies, propositions and campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing across retail, digital, mobile, social media, CRM and customer engagement channels.

  • Experience developing creative briefs, managing campaign delivery and working with internal teams and external partners.

  • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Understanding of Australian and New Zealand retail markets, consumer behaviour and marketing trends.

Desirable experience

  • Experience working with grocery, fuel, convenience, pharmacy, department store or general merchandise retailers.

  • Experience in loyalty marketing, shopper promotions, customer engagement or retail media.

  • Experience working in international or matrix organisations.

  • Experience developing thought leadership, B2B marketing campaigns or industry events.

  • Experience using consumer research, customer data and insights to inform marketing activity.

How you work

You are a strategic thinker who enjoys turning ideas into action. You are comfortable owning the full marketing lifecycle, from developing the strategy and messaging through to creating content, managing delivery and measuring results.

You bring:

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business growth.

  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Creativity, curiosity and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ownership, organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications and travel

You will ideally bring at least seven years of relevant marketing experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline is advantageous, although equivalent professional experience will be considered.

The role requires occasional travel within Australia and New Zealand, together with periodic international travel.

Interested?

If you are excited by the opportunity to own marketing activity, shape retailer loyalty campaigns and make a visible impact across Australia and New Zealand, we would like to hear from you.

TCC is committed to building an inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you meet most of the requirements and believe you could contribute to this role, we encourage you to apply.
