Position Overview:
Children’s and entertainment campaigns occupy a distinctive space within loyalty marketing. These campaigns are often associated with major sporting or entertainment events, such as world or European championships, blockbuster movies, or renowned children’s licensed brands. The central focus is on children, who are offered rewards like trading cards, stickers, collectible figures, collector’s albums, boxes, and plush toys.
We are offering a responsible and varied role as Senior Marketing Manager, where you will collaborate with both local and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and sell concepts for children’s and entertainment loyalty campaigns, including trading cards, stickers, and plush toys.
Support the Regional Head of Entertainment and the Creative Director in developing products, campaign mechanics, and licenses.
Manage agencies and suppliers involved in 360° campaigns, encompassing everything from insights to point-of-sale execution.
Oversee the entire production process for premiums and advertising materials.
Assist the sales team with pitches and presentations.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze results.
Key Interfaces
Internal: Entertainment teams (regional and global), sales, campaign/program management, finance, and legal departments.
External: Clients, licensors, agencies, manufacturers, and studios.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in licensing, publishing, or advertising, ideally within a licensing agency or entertainment brand.
Strong commercial and creative skills, with a focus on storytelling and brand development.
Proven project management abilities and experience coordinating with suppliers.
Familiarity with print-based marketing and retail loyalty campaigns is a plus.
Fluency in both German and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Strategic mindset, effective team player, resilient under pressure, and highly organized.
