Job description

The role involves supporting campaign activities through the preparation of project timelines, delivery schedules, and campaign reports. The successful candidate will maintain close communication with internal departments, as well as the client’s operations and warehouse teams, and coordinate campaign activities at both operational and store levels.

Upon successfully completing the training and coaching period, and gaining substantial experience in managing various campaign sizes (small, medium, and major accounts), the candidate may be considered for a transition into a Project Manager role, contingent upon performance meeting established goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Coordinate with the client’s operations and logistics teams on delivery planning and store execution, ensuring accurate information flow between internal departments and the client regarding operational and logistics matters.

  • Respond to client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe; escalate key issues to management and proactively take action to resolve potential operational constraints.

  • Work closely with the client to obtain weekly campaign data for reporting and follow up proactively on any outstanding data.

Project Management

  • Prepare project timelines, highlighting key deadlines and milestones for campaign launches.

  • Provide campaign support, including data consolidation and analysis, campaign reprojection, reports, and handling ad-hoc requirements.

  • Document relevant project information in accordance with established standards.

  • Learn and effectively utilize internal systems for reprojection and data analysis to support campaign measurement and reporting.

Reward Management

  • Develop delivery plans to maximize supply chain flexibility, considering inventory control benchmarks such as sales curves, windows of opportunity, and stock buffers.

  • Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure relevant lead times are incorporated into delivery planning, and proactively understand logistics challenges and impacts on campaigns.

  • Raise inventory issues proactively to management and recommend options to minimize out-of-stock or surplus stock situations through close communication with supply chain management.

  • Coordinate stock returns with logistics to ensure efficient processes and minimize lead times for stock transfers.

Campaign Measurement

  • Consolidate client data and prepare weekly campaign reports for internal departments and clients in a timely manner.

  • Support Project Managers with campaign analysis and measurement through data consolidation and report preparation.

  • Conduct data analysis to provide added value to management by highlighting key findings and suggesting actionable recommendations.

  • Produce accurate, timely analyses and reports in a presentable format suitable for management use.

Job requirements

  • Educational background: Engineer or graduate of a business school with specialization in supply chain management or project management.

  • 0-4 years of job experience required; knowledge of retail industry is a plus.

  • Time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Analytical rigor.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Advanced use of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

  • Fluent in English and Italian. Any additional languages are a plus.
