About the Role 

This isn’t your typical project management role. As a Project Manager at tcc, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our campaigns to life ensuring they run seamlessly from idea to execution. You’ll work with international retailers, cross-functional teams, supply chain and logistics experts to deliver campaigns with consistency, efficiency, and measurable results. 

You’ll be the go-to person for our clients during campaigns – building strong relationships, solving operational challenges, and ensuring our solutions deliver real commercial value. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead Campaign Execution – Plan, coordinate, and deliver loyalty campaigns across multiple markets. 

• Client Management – Be the contact for client project teams, providing excellent service and support. 

• Project Planning – Define timelines, milestones, budgets, and ensure everything stays on track. 

• Campaign Measurement – Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights. 

• Supply Chain & Logistics – Manage delivery planning, stock risk, and ensure smooth reward distribution. 

• Digital Solutions – Support digital campaign execution, including gamification initiatives. 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and love making things happen. 

• 2–4 years of project management, operations, or campaign delivery experience. 

• Strong communication skills in Dutch & English (written and spoken). German or Polish is a plus. 

• Degree in business administration and economics or related field. 

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. 

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. 

• Advanced excel knowledge and project management tools. 

• Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about delivering results.
