The Role:
As our People Partner, you will be the catalyst for change, the architect of a dynamic and supportive environment, and the heartbeat of our workforce. This is not your typical HR role. You will be the cornerstone of our People team presence in Hong Kong, embodying the spirit of a generalist while operating with the precision of a specialist. Your independent drive will propel our People & Culture initiatives, making you a trusted confidante for our leaders and a hands-on hero for our employees.

 

You will report into the Chief People Officer. You will also be part of a global team with members in locations like Milan, Amsterdam, London, etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to people leaders and employees, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.

  • Craft and execute HR strategies that align with our innovative business goals, promoting a culture that celebrates high performance and even higher aspirations.

  • Develop and implement People strategies that align with our vision of a high-performance and inclusive workplace.

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities with agility, from talent acquisition to employee development.

  • Lead by example, promoting a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the People team to introduce cutting-edge practices in talent management.

  • Roll up your sleeves to take on work outside your typical scope, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a People Partner.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, paired with experience that showcases your HR acumen.

  • A solid understanding of APAC employment legislation, with the ability to apply it innovatively within our context.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • An autonomous worker, ready to take initiative and drive projects to completion.

  • A creative problem-solver, always looking for new ways to tackle challenges and enhance our HR practices.

  • Experience working in international environments where you have managed projects with global reach.

  • Ideally, previous experience partnering with sourcing, procurement, and operations.

  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment.

  • Experience collaborating with executives and C-suite leaders.

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese.
