Primary Purpose & Scope:

Role and Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Craft and implement targeted marketing and loyalty concepts tailored to various branches, in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of client potential, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Business Case Creation: Develop compelling business cases and campaign platforms that effectively communicate the value of TCC solutions, justifying retailer investments.
Client Engagement: Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients, presenting the full range of TCC offerings and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales Execution: Drive sales initiatives to close profitable deals, negotiate contracts, and manage profit and loss responsibilities.
Campaign Innovation: Design and implement new sales strategies and campaigns based on client briefs and shopper insights, in close cooperation with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Omnichannel, Entertainment, Research, etc.).
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Job requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and sales, with a proven track record in the Netherlands’ food retail market.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Demonstrated experience in selling services and managing complex, tailor-made projects.
Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics and a business development mindset.
A competitive spirit with a desire to win and achieve results.
Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Diplomatic negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and drive successful outcomes.
Capacity to establish and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
