Primary Purpose & Scope: 

At TCC Global, we are passionate about crafting innovative loyalty marketing solutions that elevate customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty for some of the world’s leading retailers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Director to join our team and drive exceptional results in this engaging field. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop tailored marketing and loyalty concepts for diverse (food) retail formats, aligning solutions with client goals. 

  • Analyse market opportunities, client strategies, and competitive landscapes within the designated region. 

  • Educate existing and potential clients about the full spectrum of TCC solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. 

  • Create compelling business cases for campaigns and platforms that clearly articulate the value of retailer investments. 

  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor. 

  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies and campaigns based on client insights and market research, collaborating closely with the Head of Sales. 

  • Identify and target new clients to expand business opportunities in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway), recognizing future growth potential. 

  • Present new business strategies, campaign performance, and project updates to national clients. 

  • Win over potential clients with well-developed concepts that cater to their unique needs. 

  • Foster strong customer relationships, leading to long-term partnerships and profitable deals. 

  • Take ownership of profit and loss responsibilities. 

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior sales, marketing management, or key account management roles. 

  • Proven experience in the food retail sector and a deep understanding of its dynamics. 

  • A service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management. 

  • Expertise in complex sales processes, including the ability to develop bespoke projects tailored to client needs. 

  • Strong analytical abilities and a business development mindset, coupled with a competitive spirit and a desire to excel. 

  • Exceptional diplomatic negotiation skills, with a track record of successful sales closures. 

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external key decision-makers. 

  • Fluent in English (sales, negotiation, and communication) with proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language essential (Danish ideally).  

  • Willingness to travel as required.
