The Role: 

As our Assistant Supply Chain Manager, base in Hong Kong, you will be a key player in orchestrating the seamless flow of goods from our global manufacturing partners to our clients’ promotional campaigns. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—building strong supplier relationships, collaborating across departments, and driving operational excellence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your insights and actions will directly influence customer satisfaction and business success. 

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and work closely with global teams across sourcing, logistics, quality, and commercial functions. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and efficient production aligned with campaign timelines. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Project Management, Sourcing, Quality, and Product Development—to align supply chain activities with business needs. 

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements. 

  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to minimize stock levels while ensuring availability. 

  • Manage product ranges through their lifecycle, from launch to phase-out, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in supply chain systems. 

  • Provide regular updates and reporting to internal stakeholders on supply chain performance and risks. 

  • Support global logistics coordination and ensure compliance with shipping and customs requirements. 

  • Be open to occasional travel to suppliers, factories, or warehouses as needed. 

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles. (Less experience will be considered as supply chain co-ordinator) 

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 

  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations, including sourcing, production planning, and logistics. 

  • Proficiency in supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP, Excel, Power BI). 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Experience working in international environments and managing cross-border supply chains. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. 

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
