Primary Purpose & Scope:


Join us as a Senior Marketing Manager and be at the forefront of driving our solutions to market! In this pivotal role, you will create compelling, insight-driven marketing assets that elevate our brand's presence. By working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our materials resonate powerfully with internal stakeholders and key external audiences, including clients, brands, and license partners. Your mission is clear: empower our Commercial teams with impactful marketing assets that guarantee successful sell-through.


This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your creativity and leadership while significantly contributing to our marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the reward development team to create marketing assets that differentiate our reward solutions, making them easier for local markets to promote and sell.
  • Working with wider marketing teams to ensure content and assets are tailored to local markets' sales and pitch development needs.
  • Partnering with colleagues to integrate data-driven insights into marketing assets, supporting solution launches and new partnerships.
  • Supporting the Brand, License, and Entertainment teams to develop pitch content and marketing narratives for upcoming pitches.
  • Assisting senior marketing team members with planning and executing major internal and external events, such as sales meetings, the Loyalty Forum, and client showcases.
  • Briefing internal and external design teams to produce top-tier visuals and creative content that align with marketing objectives.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience, including experience in a senior marketing role. While a marketing-related degree is preferred, what we value most is demonstrable experience in:


  • Using trends and insights to develop compelling marketing narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to produce impactful marketing assets.
  • Managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Creating event and client-facing collateral for senior stakeholders.
  • Presenting marketing strategies to senior audiences and stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital marketing (social media, paid advertising, or content marketing) is beneficial but not essential.


Key Relationships:

  • Internal: You will collaborate closely with teams such as Reward Development, Brands, Licenses & Entertainment, Omnichannel (data and digital), and Graphic Design. Additionally, you’ll work with Group Insights, Client Marketing, and local marketing teams to ensure content enhances pitch development and market effectiveness.
  • External: You may also liaise with third-party agencies to support event activations, design work, or website management as needed.
