Job title: Senior HR Administrator

Salary: Competitive + annual bonus

Duration: Permanent

Working model: (3 days on-site/ 2 days remotely)

In this role, you'll manage essential HR administration, implement innovative policies, and work closely with top teams both in Warsaw and beyond. You’ll drive compliance and efficiency while fostering strong relationships within the organisation. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and other employment documentation.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support local finance teams in preparing monthly payroll and address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across markets.
  • Employment Data Management: Oversee the management of our HR system, Bamboo.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the People team in HR system management and assist with various projects.

Job requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in the HR field, paired with experience showcasing your HR acumen.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in an HR admin role.
  • Familiarity with our HR system, Bamboo, is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with various international markets and legislations.
  • Exceptional communication skills/ talent for building relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • An autonomous worker, ready to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • A creative problem-solver focused on enhancing HR practices.
  • A self-starter and independent personality who thrives in an autonomous environment.
  • An innovator at heart, with a hands-on approach that transforms challenges into opportunities.
  • Language: Fluent in English
