We're looking for an experienced International Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics operations for our client campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment, enjoys solving complex logistics challenges, and can build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

As the International Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics services that support our client campaigns from planning through to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end logistics of international campaigns, from planning through final delivery

  • Preparing logistics costings for sales projections and recommending efficient operational solutions

  • Sourcing and negotiating logistics costs with transportation and service providers

  • Coordinating shipments from handover through to successful delivery to customers

  • Monitoring shipment performance and proactively resolving transportation issues

  • Managing product returns and reverse logistics processes

  • Overseeing local warehouse operations

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with logistics service providers and customers

  • Working closely with Project Management team to ensure successful campaign delivery

  • Ensuring logistics services meet agreed quality standards while controlling costs

  • Taking commercial ownership of logistics cost performance across assigned campaigns

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within internal systems

  • Identifying opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, service quality, and operational processes

Job requirements

We're looking for an independent, solution-oriented logistics professional who enjoys working with people and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You are collaborative, adaptable, and confident making decisions in a dynamic international environment.

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar logistics or supply chain role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of the carrier and parcel services market, including transportation providers and shipping solutions.

  • Solid understanding of international logistics operations, including: road freight (essential), warehousing operations, rail freight, air freight, customs procedures.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Polish language proficiency.

  • Experience within promotional campaigns, retail, or FMCG logistics environments.
