About the Role

Looking to kickstart your career in project management, retail marketing, and operations? As a Project Management Support Intern, you’ll be the operational engine helping run real-world campaigns across Spain and Portugal.

You’ll get hands-on experience taking full ownership of small-scale projects, learning how our campaigns move from ideation to store shelves, and discovering how our teams work together. If you’re organized, curious, and eager to build a standout portfolio of skills, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

Client Coordination

  • Coordinate with client’s operations / logistics team on delivery planning and store execution, ensuring correct information flows between internal departments and the client on operational and logistics matters.

  • Respond to the clients’ enquiries within a reasonable timeframe; report key issues to management and other departments and take proactive action to resolve potential operating constraints.

  • Liaise closely with the client in obtaining weekly campaign data for reporting and proactive follow-up on any outstanding data.

Project Management

  • Prepare project timelines, highlighting key deadlines and milestones for launch activities.

  • Provide campaign support including presentations, data consolidation, campaign reports, market research and ad-hoc requirements.

  • Document relevant project information according to established standards.

  • Test digital solutions and make constructive remarks to improve the shopper experience.

Reward Management

  • Delivery planning to maximise supply chain flexibility, with consideration of inventory control benchmarks such as sales curve, window of opportunity and buffer.

  • Close coordination with logistics and supply chain to ensure relevant lead times are used in delivery planning and proactive approach in understanding logistics challenge and impact on the campaign.

  • Proactively raise inventory issues to management and recommend options to minimise out-of-stock or surplus stock situations through close communication with supply chain management.

  • Coordinate with logistics on stock return; ensure efficient process to minimise lead time of stock transfer.

Campaign Measurement

  • Consolidate client data and prepare weekly campaign reports for internal departments and the client on a timely basis.

  • Support Project Managers with campaign analysis and measurement through consolidation of information and report preparation.

  • Proactively funnel down on data analysis to provide added value to management by highlighting key findings and recommended actions.

  • Produce accurate and timely analysis or reports, in a presentable format for management use.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Educational Background: A recent degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or a related field).
    Note: To qualify for this professional practice training contract, you must have graduated within the last 3 years

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data-crunching skills with a high level of accuracy and sharp attention to detail - you take pride in error-free work.

  • Excel Proficiency: you’re comfortable organizing data, using formulas, and building reports.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English

  • Collaborative Spirit: A team-first attitude with great communication skills - you enjoy working with others, asking questions, and solving problems together.

  • Mobility & Flexibility: Openness and availability to travel to Portugal as needed.
