Position Overview
The Project Coordinator Brazil supports flawless campaign execution. This role ensures store teams have the tools, materials, and guidance needed to deliver a high‑quality customer experience throughout the campaign period. You will act as an essential operational connector between store managers, project management, logistics, and internal support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support to store managers throughout the campaign period.
Ensure all stores are properly equipped with required materials and resources.
Work closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to address store needs.
Track issues end‑to‑end and ensure timely closure and confirmation with stores.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong communication skills
Portuguese native; English mandatory, Spanish a plus
Strong organizational skills and High attention to details
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
