Job description

At TCC Global, we create innovative loyalty marketing solutions that drive customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty for some of the world’s leading retailers. Our passionate team delivers exceptional results through precision execution, strong client partnerships, and seamless operational processes.

As a Data Analyst within the Data & Analytics (D&A) department, you will sit in TCC’s client- and stakeholder-facing BI team. You will play a central role in proving TCC’s value proposition by measuring loyalty campaign ROI, analyzing the drivers of campaign performance, and translating findings into clear proof points and business insights that inform commercial and operational decisions. The role carries hands-on tasks across measurement, analysis, data pipeline building, and report development. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver insights, scale campaign measurement, support commercial proposals, and optimize campaign execution through in-store and digital channels. Working day-to-day with Power BI, Azure ML, and AI tooling, you will help shift the business toward democratized, AI-served insights — delivered faster, embedded with stakeholders, and closer to the decisions they support.

The role supports the BI function within the Data & Analytics department, with the following responsibilities:

• Measure and analyze campaign performance and ROI; translate results into proof points that demonstrate TCC’s value proposition, in close collaboration with Marketing.

• Deliver business analyses that support commercial proposals, client conversations, and internal de-cision-making across Commercial, Delivery, and Operations.

• Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from across the business — turning open-ended questions into structured analyses with clear, timely answers.

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Develop and optimize data pipelines on TCC’s data platform (Azure).

• Contribute to the evolution of analytical and AI-served tools (including Enterprise AI / text2sql) that put insights directly in the hands of colleagues and clients.

• Use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analysis, pipeline, and reporting work.

• Support running solutions — monitor pipelines and reports in production, investigate issues, and contribute to iterative improvement. • Apply data governance standards in day-to-day work, ensuring trusted, well-documented outputs.

• Participate in agile delivery ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and share best practices across the team.

Job requirements

Musthaves:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role, with hands-on experience in performance/campaign analysis and dashboard development;

  • Strong analytical and technical skills across SQL, Python, statistics, Power BI (including DAX/data modelling), and cloud-based data environments (preferably Azure);

  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments, collaborating cross-functionally, and using AI-assisted tools to improve analysis and reporting workflows;

  • Fluent English.

Nicetohaves:

  • Exposure to Azure AI Foundry and broader modern AI/data platforms;

  • Experience in retail, loyalty, marketing, or campaign analytics;

  • Additional language skills such as Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, or German;

  • Strong curiosity for emerging AI tooling and continuous learning across the data and AI stack;

  • Practical experience with data pipelines, ELT/ETL processes, testing/data quality practices, and software engineering fundamentals such as Git and code reviews.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and annual bonus.

  • Opportunities for growth and professional development.

  • A dynamic and supportive work environment where your ideas truly matter.

  • Hybrid working model.
