Job Title: Project Manager 

Salary: Competitive + Annual Bonus

Location: São Paulo

Duration: 12 Month Contract (extendable) 

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

Primary Purpose & Scope:

  • To lead the execution and delivery of TCC campaigns with predictable consistency and efficiency, resulting in successful campaign results
  • Foster strong client relationship and strive for customer service excellence. Being “to go” person for clients’ team for any questions during the campaign
  • Apply project management best practice; meet key milestones, exercise inventory management skills and perform critical campaign analysis, regularly update and discuss campaign’s performance with internal team and client to gain alignment and initiate actions needed
  • The role is an engine in the TCC business model, helping to deliver sales commitments to our customers with the best-in-class service and experience


Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Develop long-term relationships with relevant stakeholders within the client’s business
  • Participate and support campaign proposals with Client Director and Marketing Team demonstrating a broad, yet detailed knowledge of the business
  • Participate or lead (where relevant) client meetings to ensure all communication is professionally delivered
  • Proactively understand client’s operational challenges, and appropriately support internal functions to help resolve potential operating constraints
  • Responsible for client management and delivery of customer service excellence within a campaign

Campaign Demand Management:

  • Manage and guide the team on delivery planning to maximise supply chain flexibility, whilst fulfilling projected sales demand
  • Actively explore delivery plan against redemption trend and item ratios using bespoke, internal, global system, establish contingency plans for stock management
  • Adopt a global view of stock risk and proactively recommend options to minimise out of stock or surplus stock situations through close communication with supply chain management and logistics
  • Proactively initiate discussions with internal departments to help resolve inventory challenges

Project Management

  • Project planning with clear, agreed timelines; highlight key deadlines to relevant and involved parties to ensure milestones are met
  • Lead and initiate internal and external meetings, when necessary, inviting the relevant parties to participate in planning and implementation of the project plan
  • Guide the client’s project team to ensure delivery of the key campaign deliverables
  • Manage business plans, budgets and processes; integrate information across departments and recommend appropriate action plans leading to successful campaign delivery

Campaign Measurement

  • Weekly monitoring of campaign results; proactively highlight key findings in order to take actions and share customised reports with the client
  • Detailed analysis and recommendation on re-projections through discussion with internal teams and other relevant parties on a timely basis
  • Effective campaign impact analysis and measurement; adding value by identifying reasons for campaign performance
  • Produce clear campaign wrap-up presentations and professionally present key findings to the client
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to incorporate Campaign activation measurement results into weekly and/or wrap up presentations creating full 360C measurement

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Supporting Client Director with solutions expertise on technical and game mechanic subjects
  • Managing different briefing to be filled out by client (Marketing, Creative and Technical) and the timelines with all overall milestones (concept, design, execution, reporting)
  • Act as a communicator among involved stakeholders, managing the different meetings with the client
  • Monitoring the performance and sharing reporting

  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is mandatory
