Position Overview

The Project Coordinator Brazil supports flawless campaign execution. This role ensures store teams have the tools, materials, and guidance needed to deliver a high‑quality customer experience throughout the campaign period. You will act as an essential operational connector between store managers, project management, logistics, and internal support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to store managers throughout the campaign period.

  • Ensure all stores are properly equipped with required materials and resources.

  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to address store needs.

  • Track issues end‑to‑end and ensure timely closure and confirmation with stores.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Portuguese native; English mandatory, Spanish a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and High attention to details

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
