Position Overview

We are looking for an International Logistics Manager to join our Logistics Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery of loyalty campaigns across the region. You will manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, collaborate closely with internal teams, and build strong relationships with external partners to ensure timely and seamless campaign execution.

This role reports to the Logistics Head of Region and is based in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full logistics operations for campaigns from planning to final delivery.

  • Provide logistics costing for sales projections and propose efficient operational solutions.

  • Source and negotiate logistics costs with external providers.

  • Oversee shipments from hand‑over to delivery, ensuring service quality and adherence to timelines.

  • Manage returns processes and ensure proper handling of returned products.

  • Supervise local and bonded warehouse operations, including product labelling and inventory management.

  • Apply expertise in freight forwarding, customs regulations, import/export compliance, and container handling.

  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with logistics partners, customs authorities, and clients.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, Sales, and Regional/Central Logistics teams.

  • Monitor and optimize logistics cost performance for assigned campaigns.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of internal systems.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

  • University degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of international logistics, including freight forwarding, warehousing, customs procedures, and parcel carrier markets.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.

  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work flexibly in a dynamic setting.

  • Proven experience working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
