Primary Purpose & Scope:
The primary scope of this role is to generate leads, develop relationships with potential clients, and ultimately close deals that contribute to our revenue growth. The primary solutions which will be sold into new clients is TCC’s behavioural gamification platform: LoyaltyQuest™, an industry first, that enables brands and retailers interact with and reward customers using behavioural gamification. This position is designed for a proactive "hunter" who excels in identifying and onboarding new clients to the platform. The role operates within a SaaS selling model, emphasizing the subscription-based nature of our offerings, but can also include tactical deployments of the technical to run standalone campaigns. Whilst the primary object is to bring new brands and retailers onto the TCC LoyaltyQuest™ platform, there’s subsequent focus on upselling solutions and services within the TCC omnichannel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of LoyaltyQuest™ and other TCC solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Onboarding: Work closely with customer success and technical delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support as needed.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional solutions and services within the TCC portfolio to existing clients.
Job requirements
- 6+ years experience selling SaaS platforms at enterprise level to C-suite
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, in the 6-figure+ range
- Extensive sector domain knowledge including loyalty / retail technology, cloud services, SaaS, and emerging technology trends
- Solid understanding of technical integration approaches
- Experience working with 3rd party suppliers, including technology / software vendors, digital / marketing agencies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently
