Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

  • Hybrid
    • Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland
  • Sales and Marketing

Job description

We believe in a more loyal world — and that starts with our people.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department for Eastern Europe and the Nordics on a temporary maternity/parental leave cover from 01 December 2025 to 31 July 2027, with the possibility of extension.

This role is based in our Warsaw office, and native-level Polish fluency is required.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will support the Head of Marketing for North & Central Europe and South Africa in developing, selling, and executing creative, insight-driven, and brand-aligned customer campaigns. These campaigns are designed to engage target shoppers across omnichannel journeys, driving participation, sales, ROI, and retailer brand loyalty.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of integrated marketing plans with partner retailers, agencies, and suppliers — from pre-store to post-store — while also contributing to new business development through pitch support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client marketing teams, delivering exceptional service.

  • Manage agencies and freelancers to deliver 360° campaigns — from insight development and briefing to creative review and in-store execution.

  • Oversee external partners (e.g. printers, POS manufacturers) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.

  • Supervise the production process for all advertising materials, from pre-production to final approval.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure successful campaign roll-outs.

  • Support the sales team in developing compelling pitch presentations and proposals for new business.

  • Monitor campaign performance and media effectiveness.

  • Stay informed on retail market trends, competitor activity, and marketing tools.

Your Profile

You bring 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, or within a marketing department — ideally in the retail or FMCG/CPG sectors. You are passionate about loyalty, retail, and both classic and digital marketing solutions.

You also bring:

  • Strong project management skills and a hands-on approach.

  • Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.

  • Solid understanding of shopper marketing and consumer insights.

  • Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.

  • A business development mindset with a strong customer focus.

  • Creative flair and a high level of commitment.

  • A strategic thinker who is also execution-oriented.

  • Budget management experience and performance analytics know-how.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus.

  • A collaborative, motivated team player who thrives under pressure.

Our Core Values

We believe in:

  • Respect – Treating others as they wish to be treated.

  • Truth – Being honest and open, learning from both success and failure.

  • Collaboration – Working smarter and better together.

  • Care – For our company, our future, our colleagues, our clients, and our communities.
